  DIRECTIONS

  Shake bottle. Squirt a small amount (roughly 1 3 oz) in your mouth. Swish for 5-30 seconds. With rinse still in your mouth, brush your teeth and tongue. It helps to tilt your head back slightly. And hey, use as mouthwash as needed.
